Terms & Conditions
1. South Yorkshire Pub Tours reserve the right to end the tour at any time if ANY member of the party does not comply with the terms and conditions set out.
2. Bookings can only be confirmed on the receipt of the completed booking form and the deposit.
3. Any remaining balance must be paid 10 days before the event.
4. Passengers are covered by public liability insurance whilst travelling on the vehicles, the organiser is responsible for all members of the party whilst off the vehicle.
5. ALL deposits are non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances.
6. South Yorkshire Pub Tours reserves the right to change the tour without prior notice.
7. South Yorkshire Pub Tours are not liable for any loss, injury or damage which occurs due to the negligence of the party members.
8. The agreement is made between the organiser and South Yorkshire Pub Tours.
9. If a complaint is to be made about the service provided, it should be stated to the Rep on the night and then put into writing within 14 days of the incident.
10. Payments methods are either cash or cheque. If payment is made with more than one cheque at a time, then each cheque will incur a 50p administrative charge.
11. The driver is responsible for the ensuring that the vehicle is safe at all times. Any action by the party which threatens or is likely to cause a threat to the driver and/or the Reps, will result in the party being asked to exit the vehicle.
12. No food or drink unless pre-arranged with South Yorkshire Pub Tours shall be taken onto the vehicle.
13. South Yorkshire Pub Tours DO NOT take all male parties.
14. Rules and Regulations that are stated on the night by the Rep or any other Staff member are in place for the safety of the vehicle and its passengers.
15. The mini bus service that can be arranged by South Yorkshire Pub Tours is only available to these customers and will be offered at a discount rate.
16. If a return journey is booked for the minibus service, the stated collection points will automatically become the drivers drop off locations.
17. The Karaoke Bus is one of a kind, being the only one that exists in this country, therefore, in the unlikely event that the bus should fail to fulfil it's duty due to mechanical failure, then a normal Party Bus will be sent in it's place.
18. Should any of the vehicles fail to fulfil their duty due to mechanical failure, a replacement bus will e sent out to take it's place. Mechanical failure can not be helped and is the fault of no staff member. We will arrange other transport with as little upset to the tour as possible.
IMPORTANT
Only the tours that state that food is included in the price actually have a pre-arranged food stop on the tour. Those that do not state this do not include a food stop.
